This little phone holder bracket is amazing, it’s a very nice light silver metal bracket that has a sticky pad on the mount end which I have attached to the side on my monitor rather than laptop lid and it seems to stick very well supporting the weight of the phone and the occasional sliding of the bracket to move it out of sight. The phone holder end works perfect with my iPhone 12 which has a MagSafe case on it (I also tried it without the case), the strong magnetic attaching feels secure and holds the weight of the phone perfectly.I like the fact you can slide it out of the way when you don’t need to use it.Overall, Works very well and at £12.99 is not a bad price because it is very well made.If you have found this review helpful, please hit the helpful button as this inspires me to write more.

Hello All,I have a couple of other magnetic phone mounts that the diameter of the magnet is to small for the weight of my iphone 12 Pro Max. Also the rubber used on the magnet would keep on slipping off. This is a much better product with a 3x to 4x size diameter magnet and is much stronger than the other product that I have. My phone is stable and I chose to spend more money for this product because it stood out as stronger than the 3$ mount I purchased prior. Good Luck and Enjoy it truly is as advertised.

I wanted to love this, and I really do, but there is a slight snag - the magnet is so powerful that each time I try to take my phone off the holder, the magnet on the back of the phone comes off as the sticker is I as strong as the magnets held together. Slightly workable if instead of just sticking the magnet to your phone, you put it inside your phone case, but then it isn’t as secure or strong holding! But I do like this, and love having my phone in this position, especially for work, so worth the minor hassle, but an improvement would be to have the adhesive more hard wearing on the back of the magnet.

This is a must have if you travel with a Face ID enabled phone and a bajillion MFA enabled apps. Pairing this with a short charging cord puts your phone at the right level and angle to unlock it whenever you need to answer a Face ID prompt. It’s also at the right level for a video call without tying up your laptop while working.The magnet is strong enough that you don’t have to worry about the phone falling off and the whole contraption swings out of the way when you’re not using it. It does add a little thickness to your laptop that you’ll have to account for in your laptop bag, but it's light enough that the weight is negligible.

For other phones, it'll all depend on whether the metal circles will stick to it.

Worked great without any problems whatsoever. Feels very secure and sturdy, and nice and slimline on the back of the laptop. However, after about 2 months, as others have mentioned, the strength of the magnet is greater than the glue can handle and the metal ring started getting pulled off the back of my phone when I took it off. They do give you a spare so it's still good, but a better glue would be preferable.
