Due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and subsequent international containment efforts our shipments are experiencing some delays. We would like to let our valued customers know that our teams are doing everything we can to minimize any such delays.
The current situation is as follows:
The pick-up time of Canada Post is limited to Tuesday through Thursday. Deliveries are made Wednesday through Friday. In some areas, all deliveries are suspended until further notice. Shipments arriving in Australia are subject to a 14-day hold at Australian Border Force. All other shipments can expect delays of at least 2 to 5 business days. We thank our customers for their continued support and understanding.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
HOW LONG IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are located. Please check out our shipping policy tab at the bottom of our page. Delivery time varies per country but it'll list approx. transit times pending any delays. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer standard shipping and express shipping.
WHAT IF I INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If this happens to you, email us at Support@Emporiumz.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
